Kitchen Visits

We request that prospective students visit us at the school kitchens for an opportunity to meet us and to view our facilities. An interview will then be held with the enrolment office to assess your suitability. A Skype or Zoom interview may also be arranged should you be unable to visit the kitchens in person.

Registration Process

Application Forms

At the interview, you will need to submit your completed and signed application form. This form will be emailed to you beforehand and must be completed and returned to the school. We will then set up an interview with you. An administration fee of R500 is charged by the school and is required prior to your interview.

Confirmation Deposit

Once you have been formally accepted, the deposit is required to confirm and guarantee your space. This deposit is required to secure a prospective student’s place on the course on acceptance. The deposit forms part of the total fees and will be deducted from the total.
